Positively aggressive and dismissive if you do not join in inane office politics and social nonsense. Do not appreciate talent or pay well, hence everybody using it as a stepping stone to a better job with better prospects. Very rigid Nepotism is rampant

If you're a newly graduated, that's a great company to start with because you enter a FMCG company, learning processes and a 360 degree approach to business.

Cons

Very poor work life balance: workload is very high and the environment is tough. You really don't perceive that employees are valued as a resource for the company.
