You could hone your survival skill in this company full of predators. Apart from that RB has nothing to offer.
Cons
Well the list is quite big. As I was in a Manufacturing plant of this company, I will through some highlights on this aspect. 1. Loads of favoritism. 2. Monotonous and Boring work profile. 3. Monetary compensation below industry standard for some particular profiles. 4. Seniors are there to pull you for small deviations. 5. Even if you do incredible amount of work, you simply can't impress the bosses if you are not their favorite. 6.Promotions are scarce and illogical. The person who is good for nothing but knows how to do boot licking will get the promotion. 7. If you are a fresher then chances are that you will learn everything about the manufacturing nuances from machine operators, who are just above illiterates. 8. The manufacturing standards and practices are that of the 19th century. So, if you think you are going to gain something useful then think twice. 9. I interviewed in ITC and was amazed to know the kind of training and process knowledge they impart to juniors in comparison to RB. 10. If you are from a Top tier college then your bosses (incidentally from some local colleges) will expect you to do incredible out-of-the world stuff every now and then.
