Pros

Flexible, Result Oriented, Multinational Environment, young energetic team, fast career, no politic, flat organization, winning culture, I've spent over 5years in FMCG but compared with my 1year in RB, I get much more on learning new things and RB gave me a real career

Cons

Not a leisure place you have to be active at all times, cost conscious so it's very serious on budget. You will need super strong assertiveness since we are quite challenging culture that you have to prepare well on every step of planning and execution under very dynamic and fast pace team

Pros

- Great career development opportunities within the country you live in and globally. - Lots of ownership and scope in your role regardless of seniority, starting from grads. - Global business with best practice shared with teams. - People are great to work with and everyone is passionate about what they do which helps in your day to day work. - Lots of opportunity to play including lots of cultural events like lawn bowls, bake offs, family days. - Moving to the CBD soon so better positioning for a global company of this caliber! - Company conference annually depending on results which is a great incentive. In 2015 we went to Queenstown, New Zealand and in 2016, we are going to Port Douglas in Queensland. - Very distinct company culture where you will literally either LOVE it or HATE it - its in you or its not. Simple.

Cons

- Long hours due to global business and at times, you need to take a global call that starts at 7pm and may not finish til 9pm. With that being said, they've introduced flexible working which means you can start later or finish earlier - as long as output and work quality is there! - Very lean teams - sometimes it would help to just bring in a temp to support to relieve the stress and pressure. - If you're not globally mobile, your local opportunities are limited. - Very competitive culture and if you're a quietly competitive person, you sometimes don't get heard which is not fair.
