      -Full immersion into Costing and Reporting for all aspects of the business -Fast exposure to all areas of the business -Pioneer Spirit to accomplish tasks the best way you see fit given lack of formalized process structure -Opportunity to increase skills (out of necessity) -Salary and Benefit

      -Full immersion in business could also be called "Drowning" -Ad Hoc everything, all things must be built from ground zero -Dirty Data and extreme difficulty in creating any sort of historical reporting -Zero documentation of job responsibilities, which coupled with high turnover means there is a significant knowledge gap problem -Tensions between aspects of the business (Supply, Commercial, Procurement, Supply Demand) all coming to a head within Supply -Job Demands require 50-60+ hour work weeks (there is no "Not Extremely Busy" time in RB Supply Finance) -Unrealistically High Reporting Expectations from Management given lack of investment in IT infrastructure or upgrades to the 25 year old IS
