Pros

Lots of new stuff happening so you get to learn a lot

Cons

things change almost every week - change is good but not when you keep jumping from one position to another. Staff barely keep themselves above the water until they are made redundant or burn out. A lot depends on who your manager is and how well he/she is positioned in the diplomatic corridors.

Pros

Passion Aggressive - Result Oriented Welcome New Ideas

Cons

Non Structured - It is Pros also as well as Cons because you get full scale to work at your own with innovations.

Pros

- Great work / life balance in R&D - Good benefits (e.g. 401k matching, summer hours, good health insurance, stock options, etc.) - Good for career starters, as experience outside of rb is entirely neglected, and recent grads are valued in the same way as experienced professionals - Great maternity leave policy

Cons

High job rotation, once you've been in your job for a day you are considered "expert" once you've been in your job for a year, they'll rotate you to do something entirely different and yes... consider you as an "expert" after a week in the new job. Not a real big surprise that nobody actually knows what he/she is doing. High density of middle managers who: - micro manage - only convey & distribute information/orders from manager +1 - do not make any decisions - will not ever (never!) challenge marketing or their own superiors - do not know their job either RB has recently introduced a couple of additional layers of "leadership", which makes the decision making process non existent All in all, rb is continuing its downward spiral...and has not hit rock bottom - YET Sub par compensation in R&D
