      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to travel and work abroad. Global company with lots of successful brands and possible to move easily between the different departments.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a challenge! Expected to put work before anything else - including holidays and weekends!

      relaxed working environment, friendly colleagues, great work and life balance, good paid and benefits, vivid company culture and values.

      Cons

      I like working there and there is nothing much I can say. But it's common for a big company that you need a lot of procedures for a small issue.

      Pros

      Met a few really great people, learned a lot in a short time - but the RB way

      Cons

      Managers are less than competent and can't lead their teams. Pay is low on the scale as RB tries to stay "lean." Company morale and culture is horrible and everyone for the most part is miserable in their roles and it shows. It may seem like butterflies and rainbows during your interview but that fades away quick! Not worth it. Total boys club too.
