Fast paced environment might be good for sales and marketing persons

Very chaotic,no any process and procedure It doesn't matter how good worker you are as well as your experience and qualification-only networking and friendship with "important" people matters High turnover Deadline is always yesterday Very bad communication across the company No respect to the employee from the colleagues and managers-it's normal to ask your colleague at 7 pm to prepare the presentation for you till tomorrow morning No ownership even on high levels-always look for the person to blame
