Pros

lots of exposure, freedom to do things, lots of challenges

Cons

always changing - hard to make long term plans, most of people pressed to deliver (but not always clear what), not many good people who see themselves working here for long, recently gone way too stingy

Pros

High exposure for most roles, deep dive and real understanding of the business at most levels/roles. Global opportunities. Smart, motivated people. Company trying to change high pressure environment. Now offering mat leave top up (16 weeks). Average pay... but in some instances better than average.

Cons

Still a sink or swim mentality. Some roles put in double hours almost all the time. Certain roles do the same but only at key periods. Goals for P&L change quite often. Sometimes too optimistic and does not want to be realistic, as it means presenting softer numbers to higher ups - then lower level people suffer due to unreachable expectations.

Fast pace, limited resources, great expectations

Pros

Great place to learn and develop skills and talents. If you are willing to work very hard and learn a massive amount of information in a short amount of time RB is the place to go. Management will challenge you with seemingly impossible tasks that will push your abilities to the limit.

Cons

There is no clear structures or rules when it comes to basic corporate functions. Most people are unprofessional and self serving. The word confidential does not exist. Furthermore management does not know how to properly allocate its human resources and is very short sighted with goals and expectations.
