Pros

It was a great experience being a part of something global. All the initiatives and changes seemed to have had an effect somehow. Great talented managers who have taught a lot of things down the line.

Cons

Since the Bangladesh market is small, there's not much importance emphasized in the growth of the organization's future. Some degree of micromanagement was present, but I guess that happens in small offices. The culture does not reflect that of the true RB culture globally.

Pros

a) Lot of competetencies to build things up. b) Good learning opportunity to understand business end-to-end. c) Local organisations have great teams - good local culture. (international and multifunctional work is big opportunity for improvement)

Cons

a) Big pressure. Big fluctulation. b) Some of top managers in Europe (esp. VP level) in Europe is lacking leadership. c) Very much short term profit oriented. Lack of focus on partnership with customers. d) Lack of processes. Which could be ok, in case you are find to work in such environment, otherwise very frustrating. e) Long working hours. f) Very average compensation, but not adequate to the demanding company setup = lean company, to much workload per headcount in most of departaments. Very junior organisation to its size. g) Company shares are loosing value for past 12 months, outlook is neutral or negative if big things doesnt change - you would feel it at local levels too. h) Lot of micromanagement. (driven by cumulative competencies at every level and lean organisation design)
