* Fast paced * Opportunity to take ownership of projects * Management is visible and accessible * Great bonus potential * Strong, diverse group of brands

Cons

* Requires self motivation (no hand holding here) * Can be a confusing organizational structure to navigate * Unless you participate in their grad program or already know people there it can be a little tough to connect with people

strong link between performance and reward fast paced culture with lots of room to grow in your career diverse and open culture work hard play hard

Cons

lack of processes HR is not present in Canada and creates a major gap when there are issues aggressive and fast paced culture
