Pros

Speed and agility and fast-tracked job progression Collaborative and work cross functionally to get diverse idea generation and faster execution Work hard / play hard mindset Competitive salary and bonus International opportunities Many perks including summer hours, casual dress attire, on-site gym and full service cafeteria, dentist, masseuse, nutritionist, flu shots, mammograms, financial advisors, etc.

Cons

RB is not known for its corporate brand but for its portfolio of products which have a long and strong trusted history - Lysol, Air Wick, Finish, Mucinex, Durex and Enfamil to name a few. RB needs to grow corporate brand awareness to attract talent.
