Exciting work, good brandy, constant change, lot of possibilities to develop yoursef, possibility to travel in work, several company programs, great benefits.

Cons

On-the-job training alone, huge overtime, quite high stress level. Lack of prcesses, harmonization, good and reliable systems, missing strong and supporting IT department.
