Good co workers, steady work, learn about different areas of quality.

Cons

Management is dysfunctional in that they don't understand what quality control workers job or function is, they themselves don't have any experience in lower level of quality control, they came from different areas but not with a quality background. Favoritism, backstabbing is normal but no team environment, don't work there it is a waste of your time.
