Pros

Good place to apply enterprenuership. Management level grants the employees with lots of opportunities on career development. The company is flexible on Geo relocation

Cons

Lack of team work culture within the company and praise highly on individual heroism. Being a big multinational company, it becomes very slow in terms of new change adaptation

Pros

This is a company where you can really exceed and move up quickly if you want to. Upper management notices and pushes young talent to give their whole self to the company. It turn, you will be given roles and responsibilities much higher than your traditional qualification level. It is common to see people in much higher positions at a young age with less work experience. If you are an outgoing, highly driven and challenge oriented person willing to work long and hard for the promotion, this is the place for you.

Cons

RB is extremely lean and counts on all of their employees to do more than their fair share of work. They also expect the work do be done exceptionally well. Good is not good enough at Rb and you must have a specific personality to excel in their environment. Rb thrives on challenge and competition sometimes at the expense of employee moral. Although the fast pace and long hours can be exciting at first, there is no alternative for employees who want to have a strong career but also 'work to live', not 'live to work'.
