Pros
Good pay, good benefits, if you are in the right location (Slough head office) you can do well for yourself- regardless of talent.- Though you will have to work very hard for your money, and the company is a bit 'tight' with regards to budgets/ travel etc.
Cons
Lack of investment in people; the HR function is under - resourced, and investment in people is limited. Culture is spoken about from the top, but not lived in the organisation, other than as a way to motivate people to do more with less. can be brutal, and uncaring about people. Not very supportive of work/life balance. Senior Managers do not 'walk the talk' and are replaced frequently.
