Pros

Can't say there are many Pros.....average salaries, decent vacation.

Cons

Senior Management is so transparent!!! Only reason they do anything is to max their bonus! Even if it screws the peons who really need it!!!

Pros

RB is a fast-paced multi-cultural environment where you could find exciting career opportunities if you like to explore different areas of a FMCG company.

Cons

Lower grade employees are only seen as numbers and the HR team has never managed counteracting the high turn-around of employees at this level. RB doesn't value expertise which lead to the launch of consumer goods with low added value to the market.

Working in Quality is tough

Pros

The company offers lots of paid time off. On-site Gym for employees and a fairly lax environment.

Cons

General feeling among employees is that the company doesn't care about me, so I don't really care about the company. There is not much engagement, and Project Supercharge boils down to squeezing everything they can out of as few employees as possible.
