Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, working on brands that have purpose, opportunity for advancement if you can prove your worth

Cons

The culture is tough and upper management doesn't care or want to change it even thought they claim they do. The company is lean so employees are stretched and have bad attitudes. More often than not, people combative rather than collaborative. Although RB is a global company, leadership is not diverse and seems to like the cut-throat culture they create

Pros

Ability to own and drive an agenda, fast paced, strong learning opportunity. Fast progression for the right fit of people

Cons

Favouritism, gossipy culture amongst staff and management. Progression stalls. People churn in sales and marketing is huge, morale not great and anybody who has been there a while will have tough skin and ability to manage the politics. Survival of the fittest. Will definitely toughen you up
