      Pros

      None after company splitting into 2 business units in early Jan 2018.

      Cons

      Company has no long term strategies. Turn over too high and all the new joiners are non stop creating more errors as no proper guideline or SOP given. Management is giving unrealistic targets. Colleagues are not friendly and fight each other. Company is not valued employees at all. Management is too politic.

      Worked for 2 years at RB within their R&D site in Hull. Learned a great deal and career progression was good.

      Tends to have some internal politics, which could bring moral down.
