Pros

An excellent place to learn and get hands-on industry experience. It's easy at RB to develop ownership of projects/portfolios you have been assigned to work on and the break-neck RB pace allows you to sharpen your reflex with everyday crisis management.

Cons

RB Pakistan is a sales driven company with very poor regards to people having a technical background. From pay scale to opportunities to personal development and to overall employee engagement there's literally zero HR contribution and involvement. Its no big deal for people with technical background in RB working in the same capacity/same designation for over 5 years. This makes employees very dejected and disconnected to the overall company. The HR also sets salary benchmark based on educational background. If a person in Sales/Marketing is getting 100, a technical person will get 20 for the same level job.

Great benefits, you learn a lot in a fast paced environment. International environment (not everywhere)

Cons

Very political, to avoid any problem always agree with management and be friend with the right people rather than do your job well. Backstabbing environment, management very focused in go up using you rather than coaching you. High turnover due to unbalance work/life and bad geographical locations.
