The best thing about this company is you dont need to please your boss as long as you are a high performer. We have very clear KPI. As kong as you achieve your targets you have good bonus.

Cons

Work life balance is a serious issue. People work overtime for the sake of it. Some managers care only about numbers but not their people.

Cons

The middle management is too young and immature to lead teams. They lack the people managing experience and skills leading to many subordinates leaving the company.
