Pros

Learn a lot, good classical brand training experience, chance to move across different brands, global, opportunity to work in international locations

Cons

Crazy work culture, low work life balance, move too quickly between brands before you get a chance to get comfortable with one brand.

Pros

Energetic, Dynamic, Aggressive, Unorganized, Demanding, Rewarding, Entrepreneurial, Ownership, Achievement- These are few adjectives which best define RB etc etc etc

Cons

Lack of culture, lack of work life balance, lack of continuity in assessment or talent monitoring, lack of career mapping but at same time it allows you to take career in your own hands and pull all strings possible to make it happen

Pros

Global in nature but not known.

Cons

No processes, very little clearly on roles and responsibility, old boys network. Not a good company to work for in case you come from professional organisation. Not a confident company.
