Pros

Good insurance, some very good people working at the mid range positions, okay 401k, bonuses pretty fair.

Cons

Too much reliance on MBA's and not enough on common sense and actual real world experience, high stress, long hours, overtime is off the charts, filthy working conditions (outside the main office, of course), a lot of HR issues just waiting to happen.

Cons

Sense of competition rather than collabortaion amongst peers. Less sharing of ideas and people constantly scared of losing their jobs.
