Pros

Recognised across many industries, also they have strong culture for quality, regulatory and process.

Cons

Can be very slow to achieve simple tasks, pedantic staff members appear to be most successful and respected. Finding access to knowledge can be difficult as experts are not accessible. Working in Hull can be a drag & parking was an issue.
