      Renowned brands to work with...High tech equipments and great GMP compliance...I won't bother to purchase the products which I manufactured from malls

      Work life balance poor Plan for weekend mood and get it spoiled by knowing about your shift at the end of the day

      Pros

      The people are nice, you learn a lot and you do a lot. Achievement is recognised.

      Cons

      The expat management of the last few years is only concerned about making it through the 3 years on the job and moving on to higher positions. Everything is about saving the day and saving face. No long term thinking, no strategy. No concern for business sustainability, in fact, they couldn't care less if everything is crash and burn after they are out.
