      Opportunities for rapid career advancement, building financial acumen, international mobility, and learn and develop savvy business strategies for growth and recovery. High earnings potential if targets are met.

      Cons

      Highly political executive committee, no female leadership, nepotistic promotions at the top end of the management structure. And moving countries is almost mandatory for career advancement. You need to be extremely resilient to survive at this company long term.
