Not for everyone

Pros

Great products, but culture and working conditions are not for everyone. Unrealistic expectations and working at break neck speed cause a lot of unnecessary and duplicative efforts. Warning: very little control is had in the US on most businesses.

Cons

The culture is not for everyone - it is aggressive and not collaborative. The business perspective is wholly concerned with short-term vs. long term results. Control is held overseas and not in the US for any strategic decisions. Staffing is lean, which can be a positive if you are looking for a lot of opportunity/exposure, but it can lead to unrealistic expectations of deliverables.
