Supply chain is a major problem, poor forecasting by supply team along with overseas production facilities. RB typically ranks near the bottom of most retailer supply scorecards. This creates major issues for the front line sales teams at the buyer desk and at the end of the year when bonuses are calculated. This issue has only gotten worse over the past 18-24 months.
3 rd party suppliers and vendors are usually paid very late creating more headaches all. It's all about cash flow.
