      Pros

      At RB you really have the chance to learn a lot, since there is a big momentum in the company. It is a company, where you are asked to take ownership for your projects and really make decisions. Since RB is moving so fast, mistakes happen at times. This is ok, as long as you have a good reason for it.

      Cons

      RB is planning your career for you, not with you. If you go with it, you can be very successful. Since fluctuation is high, many people are overworked or in positions which are beyond their experience.

      Great benefit, professional management, and definitely treat everyone with respect. The company provides great job opportunity if you are willing to relocate (domestic or international).

      Cons

      Not a lot career advancement for certain department. Excessive work hours during a busy season which make very difficult to balance your personal life.
