Pros

Bonus structure is very good. The company continues to push to hit targets, but at the cost of sustainable business practices.

Cons

Senior Leadership has no direction. Brand teams do not understand their own brand equity. Trade Marketing is the driving force for decisions and are very short sighted, with no strategic direction.
