Pros

very professional environment, strong R&D culture and focus for success. People management is accurate, the performance review is carried out with a clear process.

Cons

Mobility of people is a must for career growth. Certain positions are out of the career mainstream, therefore you can remain locked for a long time before having the chance to move.

Pros

If you wanna move up, there are plenty of opportunities available. Company wide bonus structure in place so that if company does well, employees benefit. Great insurance and 401 k.

Cons

Too much middle management in place, which creates a lot of extra busy work for others in order to validate their own jobs.

Pros

- International Environment - good bonus package

Cons

- no work-life balance - unrealistic expectations from Senior Management - no humanity - working hours (I remember lots of days where I worked more than 12 hours / day) - high pressure - burn-out syndrom will definetely hit you as it hit lots of employees I worked with - nobody cares about the employee itself - by the end of the day it doesn't make sense to work for RB even if they pay you a couple of million Euros
