Pros

You get to decide on big things on your own. There is feeedom. You work towards a simple goal - more business.

Cons

Not a long term company. Culture is very blame oriented, people spend more time fighting to reduce their responsibility than working together as a team. HIGHLY recency driven. They only care about your your performance now.

Pros

Good pay You can go as far as you want - ambition is expected Good severance packages

Cons

They are looking to consolidate facilities, so will shut down the facilities if they can move the production elsewhere (especially UK).

Pros

salary is good, until you consider that working until 10pm regularly (the office is still packed at 8pm EVERY night) you might as well do a night shift at tescos

Cons

no holidays there is always a crisis which means you can't take them, people throw drinks at each other during meetings including hot coffee. the staff all live by the "we are the best, nobody else can handle it" motto, but why would you want to? All work and no play
