Growth opportunity if you are part of the plan.

Cons

Arrogant behavioral pattern. HR is a complete joke, and in the back pocket of senior management. Embarrassing and inappropriate behaviors witnessed on sales excursion, with little if any disciplinary action taken to support employees that are impacted. Upper management frowns on maternity leave.

Long hours (65-75 hr weeks) required to get all work finished, quality management systems are lacking or dysfunctional, uncoordinated efforts or disagreement among departments impacts morale, motto Speed Over Perfection impacts product quality as the overall goal is to be 1st to market, leave each day feeling unaccomplished.
