Pros

My husband bragged about the company's terrific leadership. He said they ensure the plant continues to run both effectively and efficiently but not at the expense of its employees. He told me that he was treated extremely well and received praise for jobs well done.

Cons

I would have preferred he work 1st shift; however, the option did not become available.

Cons

Aggressive and tightly wound work environment Strategic under-staffing to cut costs Everyone is seriously over worked Work-life balance and employee welfare is the business's lowest priority Massive turnover of staff means balls are constantly dropped The people who can shout the loudest are valued the most Very little support and poor/no training
