Pros

great environment for young employees to learn fast. integration process well done, sufficient amount of responsibilities is given. You get involved in work with different teams, provided with needed training, participate in the meetings of different levels. Good feedback from former trainees. Also very international - a lot of multinational employees, international conferences which even trainees can attend, workforce mobility

Cons

a lot of changes on-the-go, and sometimes communication process fails to provide all involved people with information about what changes have been done
