Pros

Good Salary and benefits You can move up through the company very quickly International mobility Some good people...who are very bright, just overworked and sad all the time

Cons

Sr. Mgmt doesn't care about your personal life Everything is in the open...no closed cubes or offices...people are constantly in your business Nothing makes sense and everything is a dog and pony show...The only thing that makes a difference is the equity of the brands If you are not part of the Sr. Mgmt club, forget about longevity Pointless meetings all the time ABSOLUTELY no training....you are EXPECTED to know what you are doing Forget about your social life, working out, family...your life WILL be dedicated to Reckitt...Trust me!!! Horrible commute...anywhere in NJ and I feel bad for those folks that live in the city. They are dedicated to Reckitt 6am to 9pm with commute. Nobody really wants to help you, they are just in it for their own reputation Not thought of as a good work environment by any CPG company...There is a reason!

Pros

RB is a very aggressive company and it really appreciate you when you are doing well. You will be praised like a God here. It also one of the highest paid salary company if you have a good reputation. Incentives are really good. They have 5 types of incentives to motivate you

Cons

Eventhough, you'll be paid well, you need to sacrifice smth to get where you want to be which is your personal life. When you are sick, you will still be forced to deliver the number. Its a result-driven company. Salary paid in here is ridiculous. Your colleague in the same level can have 2x higher than yours and the boss' favourite can do anything here. The boss is working on weekends too so he expects the employees to work the same hours as his! Its a shame that eventhough its a result-driven company, it never looks on whats important in employee's life which is life-work balance. Overall, thats what most employees wants in most companies, right?
