      Not for the inexperienced and the passive

      Pros

      Fast paced. Decisions are made fast. Smart upper management Has a distinct culture (but at the same time, not for everyone. You need to be a leader, someone with a POV, someone that is buttoned up and able to execute. Otherwise you will get crushed in this environment and culture)

      People overworked and under so much pressure that being nice is sometimes forgotten

      Great people to work with outside of Management.

      Cons

      There is no consistancy between management. Everything is last minute and done halfway and then ends up having to be done again. Lack of trust of salesforce regarding corporate. HR is a cluster. They change people so much that no one can ever answer questions properly much less even respond. Big Brother Environment and lack of respect for employees. Pet Projects being forced onto sales team that have no merit and are just busy work.
