      You'll be given gradually more responsibilities if you succeed in this swim or sink environment. High potentials are given opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Low visibility to Senior Management. Bonus system is OK. Company is demanding so life work balance may be compromised. You have to like to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
