Pros

Not many. Very political, upper managment has no appreciation or loyalty to their employees, even the ones who have been comtributing to the company for many years.

Cons

Woul not recommend anyone working for this company

Pros

Fast and great opportunity for exposure to many different aspects of product development process. Fast paced, Less layers in hierarchy, International experience,

Cons

Unique priority is the profitability and the growth of the company. People are not so important and the general feeling is that you will get fired sooner or later. Focused on short term and not on long term projects. Not a nice place to work and very low salaries.
