Pros

- High compensation potential (if numbers are made) - Diverse portfolio of brands - Decent amount of upward career growth

Cons

- Egotistical outlook despite position in market - Push and push and push to get more and more out of less people - Hard to know who to trust and who is just trying to get ahead - Very quick to move people which means that things get lost in the shuffle, lack continuity on customer-facing side

Pros

Incredible level of ownership for your business and encouragement to think and act in an entrepreneurial manner. If you want to work for a world leading FMCG company but feel like you are leading your own start up, RB is for you.

Cons

Fast, action focused culture is not for everyone. Wall flowers will not fit in.
