The company lured me in with false promises and hidden historical bullying practices. Blatant false advertising and a clear attempt to mislead all factory candidates, good reviews have been written and paid for, as this is clearly evident once you start working at this hole. The training I received was of shockingly poor and the quality training even worse. Machines constantly breaking but no one cares as long as you are making product. I requested many meetings with managers, quality and engineering but all ignored, an absolute shambles of an organisation. Constantly missed deadlines but no one cares least of all my manager, pretty much non existant, always using foul language and leaving a mess behind her every single day. It was clear they have no respect for the company. No basic safety or quality issues ever raised or discussed with our team and no information was passed down from daily meetings. Clearly NKo honour or Integrity here just people trying to hide away from work. In conclusion, Reckitt Hull is the epitome of a terrible company. They lack integrity, competence, and any semblance of care for their workers. Working at Hull RB has been an exercise in frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. They are a complete and utter disgrace.
