Pros

Entrepreneurial spirit, good opportunities for business partnering and collaboration without stifling red tape. Great portfolio of internationally recognised brands. Some great and super smart people in the finance team. Nice team socials.

Cons

Unrealistic workloads, a lot of people suffering from burn out. Nepotism huge problem here. Often people are pushed up the ranks on the say so of line managers with no sense or regard for merit, but purely on favouritism. This usually occurs without any due process and solely on the word of managers who are all pals with each other. Nothing short of corruption in my opinion. Shocking that such practices are allowed at a time when transparency is meant to be the way. Very poor line management, I was once berated for logging off three minutes early, but when I came in early and stayed late for month end duties, it was never noticed. Yet others within the team are consistently late everyday and leave early.

Thanks for your review. We want to create a caring, considerate culture where you're free to be yourself so that you can be at your best at home and at work. It sounds like your experiences are falling far short of that. If you haven't already, we encourage you to speak to the individual concerned or contact your HR business partner to discuss your experience. We hope you'll also share your experience in the annual employee survey so that we can continue to get better together.

Pros

- Fast-paced culture results in a steep learning curve - You learn your domain quickly resulting in better opportunities outside of Reckitt in the long run - Good for someone starting and looking to learn and gain valuable experience - Collaboration and a sense of business ownership is good - You feel challenged every day which helps you to grow as a professional

Cons

- Lack of work-life balance - not for everyone - Less than the market average compensation depending upon the role and experience - You do the work of 2 people if not 3 - The organization is heavily focused on marketing and sales, resulting in no/less recognition for Supply
