      Pros

      The work is mentally stimulating. But, there are weekly requests from Sr Leaders that get in the way of getting your day to day projects done.

      Cons

      In the past few years, they have become paralyzed by process. Used to be a more fluid company. Now, employees have to travel through a lot of “gates”, create new power point decks to review the same topics over and over again with various audiences.

      Good benefits, great colleagues, Can lead projects as there are many things to improve

      Multiple changes over a short course of time (structural, leadership and operational ) causing severe business disconnect and disruptions. Working long hours seem to be the norm
