Culture is great and pay is competitive. Colleagues are very supportive and positive towards one another. Professional environment where people treat each other with respect.

Cons

Every so many years management like to shake up the structure and it causes unease amongst employees. Usually comes with a new CEO trying to put his stamp on things.
