Reckitt lost its way

Pros

Strong brands, after whatever is left. Comp and Benefits are great.

Cons

The culture is diluted and the organization lost it's way after the Nutrition acquisition. By splitting teams, growth prospects for rising talent diminished quickly as there was a clash of cultures in certain markets. As the employees await their fate with an impending restructuring, there is no light at the end of the tunnel.
