      On the plus side, the bonus structure was very rewarding, and there were plenty of company events that made it a fun place to be socially. The team was filled with great colleagues who were supportive and fun to work with.

      Cons

      However, the work environment was highly stressful, with immense pressure to meet often unrealistic goals. This created a toxic atmosphere that made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. There was a constant sense of being overworked and undervalued, which overshadowed some of the positive aspects of the job.
