      1) Good salary & benefits 2) Market leading brands

      1) Responsibilities are not clearly defined at times which leads to multiple people working on similar tasks while working in a "silo". This can lead to employees feeling under-appreciated for their efforts. 2) Managers don't invest enough time in developing talent.
