Pros

Quick promotion for hard work. Competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Management actually prides itself on not caring about accuracy. Unrealistic deadlines. Are told it is a culture of challenging each other but when you do that you are reprimanded.

Pros

Compensation paid on time, flexible work from home, Big player in Healthcare and Household, looks good on CV. Never feel bored, plenty of work daily. Able to new people, communicate with others.

Cons

Late sittings, no support from line managers/ FD. Instead of guiding the person, direct Line Managers play a blame game policy. Too many processes.. Highly political.. Would never to able support your team members...
