      Pros

      Fast paced which enables you to learn quickly. Can gain transferrable skills which other employees will appreciate. Use this company as a stepping stone only!

      Cons

      Stressful environment with unsupportive managers. Bullying tactics and very political even cross functional and in the same team, blame culture is encouraged! Great career progression if you are a favourite however if you are talented but are not a yes person be prepared not to progress and have no development plan.

      Global exposure helps you with your personal grooming, you get to work with people from every corner of the world. But that comes with my Job description, i really like my job description and may be thats the reason i want to continue

      RBs culture is not for everyone, beside that what i have faced is biasness. First, they only pamper GIKI, IBA or LUMs. Secondly, there is a huge disconnect between factory and Commercial office. Thirdly, if you are a contractor RB just disowns you. So recently Eid baskets were distributed at commercial office but factory management employees dint even get a look of it. Small things make a huge difference. Its better to keep your employees motivated no matter if they don't have a tag! No matter if they are contractors. We all work and contribute in equal way
