Management picking favourites. You can’t earn respect when people have made their mind up about you. All of the recent lay offs and lack of information. Don’t expect anyone to give you any useful information.

Even though is flexi working hours, you will be judged based on what time you came in and leave the office. - No established process and always changing last minute. Many ad-hoc requests with very short deadlines - Likes to give PIP, as an excuse to force you to resign. If you challenge the management, you are highly likely to get a PIP because they only want people who listen. - High turnover. Since company is undergoing many restructuring, many people are made redundant, with no heads up. Saw few of my colleagues treated this way, with 1 or 2 weeks notice. - Lack of opportunity.
