      Corrupt senior management

      Cons

      Corruption at senior management level. Multiple cases of sexual harassment and pressure from managers to staff most the time the staff are moved areas. Discrimination in pay throughout more so with women female managers tend to earn almost half what a male manger earns in the same role ATL,s and AQL’s. Senior management laugh and slander staff in emails which has come out multiple times again management still in positions no action for then. Senior management taking Cocaine on site but then terminating staff who fail tests. Most online reviews of the company that are positive are paid adds. Managers also laugh at people in interviews and refuse to interview people based on hear say working against there recruitment teams Accidents happen at work and others are used as escape goats to keep others in jobs

      Stay away from this cultural mess of a company

      None at all, pay possibly I'd you discount a lot of the crap to wade through

      Cons

      Toxic culture and rotten to the core. 10 years of experience of appalling management, no leadership and general shoddy work practices. Mental health driven to dark places working at Nottingham site. Strongly advise not to step foot anywhere near the place

      Highly flexible, quick advancement, & great culture

      Pros

      Positive, friendly people working to make products that are good for the world. Lots of training and development opportunities and a reputation for promoting quickly. Great benefits and discounted products will make you the new favorite friend/family member/neighbor. I don't even mention that I'm going to a mid-day doctor's appointment because no one is watching or minds you taking personal time, so long as your work gets done. Great flexibility and vacation time.

      Cons

      Easy to move from another consumer goods company, but sometimes hard to acclimate if you're not used to CPG operations and metrics and processes. It's such a specific industry and it's own world so a bit of a learning curve. But if you come from or move to another CPG, you'll be at home.
